STORY

Future Memory Tricycle UNTOLD” is a story about a family’s ‘Shinichi’s Tricycle,’ a story that has never been told before, and at the same time, it is a symbol of the unforgettable loss that “Future Memory” has found. Many A-bomb survivors in Hiroshima passed away without speaking of their experiences, and father Nobuo Tetsutani buried and built a small shrine for Shinichi in the garden of his house after the bombing in 1945, and He had prayed for 40 years. When Family moved Shinichi’s bones to a proper grave were unexpectedly found along with his tricycle and helmet at Shinichi’s funeral in 1985,. The donation of these items to the museum, Nobuo changed in the way spoke about the reality of the atomic bombing. The scenery and thoughts of his younger brother, Shinji Tetsutani, who was born after the war. He was watching father’s back all the time. The complex memories that have been passed down to us from generation to generation, and which cannot be seen through records alone, will continue to spread through this works.
